Silent Auction Begins March 15, 2008 and ends April 19, 2008 @ 1:00 PM
BIDDING PROCEDURE:
All Bidders must register.
All bidders' names will be kept strictly confidential during the bidding process.
Bids are to be placed with Wade Koehl and/ or Billie Koehl.
Bids will be taken at a minimum of $50.00 increments.
Each time a bid is placed, the buyer and the bid will be recorded for that sale lot. The current leading bid on lot can be obtained from Wade Koehl or Billie Koehl until bid closing at 1:00 PM on Saturday April 19, 2008.
After closing, the final sale of each goat will be completeted by phone. Bidders will be contacted after closing. We will complete bidding on each lot starting with the goat with the highest bid at closing, then in order of bid price. The runner-up bidders have the option to bid on another goat or goats that have not been sold already. It is important that bidders be available at their designated phone number at the end of the bidding to conclude the sale. If we cannot reach the bidder by phone, we will move on to the next bid. We plan to conclude all sales within 24 hours after closing.
All animals must be picked up as soon as possible after the sale. Arrangements must be made with Wade Koehl or Billie Koehl. A $2.00 a day charge will be added for any goats that have not been picked up within one week after sale. Total payment must be made before goats are picked up.
